45 ml fernet
45 ml apple brandy
15 ml lime juice
Dash of aromatic bitters
Ginger beer
Garnish: lime slices
Add all ingredients (except ginger beer and lime) to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with a slice of lime.

BOTTLE FERMENTED GARIBALDI
40 ml Campari
20 ml Aperol
50 ml fermented citrus (leftover orange, blood orange, lemon, and grapefruit)
Soda water
Ferment the Campari and Aperol in a glass bottle with leftover citrus. Pour over ice and add soda water to taste.

P – ELIXIR
60 ml rye whiskey
10 ml fennel and dill syrup
10 ml rum infused with herbs and pineapple
2 dashes of mustard bitters
Dash of Angostura bitters
35 ml water
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a light-protected bottle and store in the fridge overnight. Serve in a small bucket filled with crushed ice. Drink straight from the bottle.

40 ml wildflower infused gin
17 ml lavender honey
30 ml fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
Garnish: herbal tonic and flower blossoms
Combine all ingredients (except the garnishes) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until smooth. Strain into a collins glass with ice and garnish with blossoms and a few drops of tonic.

GLITTER GREEN
2.5 cm of cucumber
2 dashes of yuzu bitters
20 ml lime juice
20 ml cucumber and jalapeño simple syrup
15 ml mezcal
45 ml tequila
Smoked salt
Rim a short glass with lime juice and smoked salt. Muddle the cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Mix all ingredients (except the smoked salt) in the same shaker, then shake vigorously.
Strain onto crushed ice in the salt rimmed glass and garnish with a cucumber twist.

When you’re drawn to something, or someone, it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly why. What attracts human beings to things and other people can vary drastically, but we can all agree that allure is an enviable trait. It’s not so much what someone looks like, what they’re doing, saying, or wearing that captivates you — it’s something mysterious that enchants, as embodied by Tel Aviv’s Aria in their sultry, chocolate-tinged Black Pearl.
 
BLACK PEARL
30 ml Zacapa 23
15 ml Bulleit bourbon
7 ml vanilla simple syrup
3 dashes of chocolate bitters
Garnish: coffee bean, caramel and chocolate shavings
Put all of the ingredients (except the garnishes) into a tall glass and stir until well-mixed. Pour into a short glass with ice. Grate the coffee bean over glass and garnish with shavings.
